EXPRO was born from a shared dream between two aftersales veterans, Ravi and Rajeev, whose friendship and vision began during their engineering days. With nearly three decades of experience in automotive giants like Honda, Nissan, TATA, and Mahindra, and leading roles in multiple component manufacturers, they’ve spent their careers in the trenches of the automotive industry, deeply immersed in the intricacies of aftersales.
Over the years, they witnessed the fragmentation of the automotive aftersales market in India. On one end, they saw vehicle owners burdened by high costs, slow turnaround times, and impersonal service at authorized networks. On the other, independent garages struggled with limited infrastructure, poor technical expertise, and inconsistent workmanship. Both Ravi and Rajeev recognized a significant gap—and an enormous opportunity. With millions of cars hitting the roads every year, there was a pressing need for expertise, transparency, and efficiency in aftersales.
Together, they founded EXPRO, a company dedicated to elevating the aftersales experience through innovation and customer-centric solutions.
